In addition to the management of client revenue budgets, our expertise extends to the technical and administrative management of capital installations and refurbishment projects on behalf of our clients.

We undertake the complete management of minor rebuilding or refurbishment projects up to a cost of some £2.0m, and include liaison with the entire professional team including the legal aspects associated with some work.

Our projects include the pre planning construction of a new Arts Centre in Northamptonshire for the Tove Valley Baptist Fellowship and the refurbishment of Baring Asset Management offices in London.
